Terms & Conditions:

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site and/or your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product pricing or offers is subject to correction.
 

Order Processing & Cancellations:

Most orders will be processed the same day if received before 1:00PM (CT). Orders received after 1:00PM will be processed next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders may be cancelled up to the time they are processed for shipping. Once orders are processed for shipping, we can not cancel shipment.

Orders that have one or more items that become unavailable will have those items removed from the order, and the remaining items will be shipped. Single item orders that become unavailable will be cancelled. Unavailable items will not be put on back order. Charges will be adjusted to reflect the items actually shipped. We will notify you about any changes via email as soon as we can.

Shipping Policy:

Our goal with shipping charges is to recover our shipping costs, but not to make a profit on shipping. Shipping charges are based on USPS/UPS standard rate tables and are determined by the shipping weight of the order, the shipping method used, the shipping destination (Lower 48 vs AK & HI), and a small handling fee.

Orders received before 1:00pm Central Time are processed for shipment the same business day. Most items ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipping & delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship to the 50 United States and APO/FPO Boxes. We do all we can to get our orders shipped promptly. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not arrive on a specific day. We will do our best get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem.

Tracking numbers are available for most orders shipped in US address. Currently, APO/FPO address is not eligible to obtain tracking number.

Stock Availability:

Out of Stock items are not currently available. In-season items usually come back in stock fairly quickly. The site will be updated when they are available again -- please check back. Out of season items are restocked at a slower rate and may be unavailable for an extended period of time.

We usually do not put unavailable items on backorder. If we have taken an order for an item that became unavailable before it was shipped, we will generally contact you to see what you would like to do. If we are unable to reach you by phone or email, we will cancel that item(s) from your order and ship the available items from your order. If this happens, we will notify you via email as soon as we can.

Returns & Exchanges:

You may return most merchandise within 30 days of your purchase so long as the merchandise is in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact. Any item returned with the original wrapping removed will be refused by the warehouse and returned to the sender. Once packaging has been removed from the product, our return policy is voided. Close out and discontinued items are not returnable.

All returns must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside of the package. An RMA & return instruction can be obtained by sending an e-mail request to info@visewear.com. Items returned as not defective may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.

Refunds are generally issued within 1 week after the returned item(s) are received at the warehouse. We will issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges and restocking fees, if they apply. Please note that we only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. When returning merchandise, please make sure that the package is insured or has a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

In order to help keep our prices low and to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we do not exchange merchandise. We treat exchanges as a return and a new sale. This allows you to get the item you really wanted sooner than if we waited for the original item to be received at our warehouse before sending out the new item. If the "exchange" is because of our mistake, we will not charge you shipping for the "exchanged" item.

Privacy policy:

Protecting your individual privacy is important to us, and we only collect the information necessary to effectively operate and manage our business. When an order is placed, personal information is collected in order to complete the transaction. This includes name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, home and work phone numbers, credit card numbers, and any other information necessary to complete the transaction.

The information collected will not be disclosed to any third party except as necessary to process your transaction. It may also be provided to law enforcement or other government officials as required by law. Your personal information will not be provided to any third party for marketing purposes. However, from time to time may use this information for our own marketing purposes.

We are now offering 7~15% discount when you buy 6 or more of the same items.
 
We have phased out coupon programs for high volume buyers.  Instead, volume discount will be automatically applied during check out stage.
 
For quantity of 6 or more, discount rate is 7%. 
For quantity of 12 or more, discount rate is 15%.
